What you actually get handed at the end
The part that does not show up in a photo. Every job ends with a written record, because the work has little value to you if it exists only in someone's head.
A plain summary
One page, no jargon, covering:
- What we found when we looked
- What we actually changed
- Anything we noticed but did not touch
- What is worth keeping an eye on
Whatever you now own
Credentials, license keys, admin logins, Wi-Fi passwords, serial numbers, and where everything lives, all handed over rather than kept. If you ever want to hire a different provider, you should be able to do so without contacting us first.
Proof where proof matters
On backup work, a dated report documenting an actual restore, including what was restored and how long it took. An untested backup is an assumption, not a guarantee, and we would rather demonstrate that than simply state it.
